The mission of the National Black Bank Foundation is the promotion of community welfare by revitalizing Black banks ensuring equitable access to capital for underserved communities of color and thereby helping to close America’s racial wealth gap. Providing legal, regulatory, and operational support services to black-owned banks to help them scale to meet the demand in these communities for: (1) empowering families - fueling homeownership and entrepreneurship; (2) combating predatory lending; (3) supporting facilities that improve education and health outcomes; and (4) financial literacy for wealth creation.
