Furthering Fostered Families
To inspire, contribute, and empower the wellbeing of women (children) and displaced veterans affected by homelessness. This transitional plan is to provide a safe, temporary, yet stable environment for young homeless women (their children) and veterans. We provide housing and appropriate services to empower them to achieve success in their transition to self-sufficient living. Transitional housing typically describes a community program that provides temporary housing for homeless women/children/veterans until they can find permanent solutions. Furthering Fostered Families will offer a variety of services including direction with employment, mental health resources, banking, educational support and any other areas that can help get them back on their feet.
