I AM MENtality is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working towards making Baltimore better through mentorship & leadership development for male youth. I AM MENtality Youth Male Empowerment Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Baltimore, MD. We host a year-long Leadership Acadamy that builds the skills, confidence and futures of hundreds of male youth in our community. Our mission is to enlighten the minds of male youth through mentoring and leadership development.
