Meet Tate Curtis from our Chico Goodwill store! Tate has come a long way since joining the team. One of his biggest challenges was learning how to communicate with coworkers and customers. With support from our staff, including mock interviews, real-world practice, and job training, he’s built confidence and grown tremendously. Now, Tate has his sights set on a keyholder position, hopes to learn cashiering, and is interested in certifications like CPR to continue building his skills. His advice for others: “Perseverance is needed.
