The purpose of the Texas AM AgriLife Extension Service in Comal County is to educate residents in agriculture environmental stewardship family and consumer sciences health youth and adult life skills human capital and leadership and community economic development. We are committed to excellence and adhere to strong Extension principles including ensuring that all residents have access to educational programs continuing to have education as its primary mission valuing the principles of citizens and community involvement learning and volunteerism emphasizing preventive education evaluating programs and adapting accordingly and emphasizing the concept of helping people to help themselves.
