Edgewood CrossFit
Edgewood CrossFit is a nonprofit gym serving the students and teachers of Edgewood Junior High School. Our mission is to impact the health and wellness of our community through the CrossFit methodology. Edgewood CrossFit's mission is to positively impact the lives of the students and staff at Edgewood Junior High School in Ellettsville, Indiana by developing a healthy relationship with fitness. We aim to equip teens and teachers with the tools they need to be confident and independent in their wellness journeys, and become functionally fit to enhance and prolong their lives. We train all in our programs to their physical and mental capacity, which allows significant adaptability of our daily workouts and encourages infinite scalability. CrossFit is an accessible training program for everyone that focuses on nutrition, weightlifting, cardiovascular health, and gymnastics.

We are on a MISSION to help kids and staff at Edgewood "find their fitness" and health through CrossFit. Edgewood CrossFit will introduce our school community to a sustainable training program that is coached with excellence and encourages healthy, lifelong habits. We are setting up the weight room at EJHS for this new program and a huge need is safe flooring.
