Resilient Mindsets Nurture Resilient Youth Mielle Cares empowers teens to cultivate mental resilience through afterschool programs and community initiatives. Our Mission Mielle Cares exists to champion the mental health and wellbeing of preteens and teenagers by nurturing a positive and resilient mindset. MiMental Mindset participants state the program has provided useful stress management and coping mechanism tools that help decrease anxiety and stress levels. Numbers reflect mental health program at Thornton Township High School MiMental Mindset is a transformative and comprehensive program centered on promoting mental wellbeing and developing emotional resilience among students.
