Historical consulting group focused on the rural African American experience in the South. To accomplish this mission, Etowah Bush School creates space and opportunity to learn, explore, and preserve rural African American art, culture, and history. Our work focuses on the celebration of local history through folklore, visual arts, exhibits, tours, workshops, discussions, and community events. We aim to empower the community to participate in constructing a more robust narrative of the rural African American experience.
