The House of Pacific Relations International Cottages (HPR), in San Diego’s Balboa Park, is a consortium of 34 cultural ‘houses’. The HPR promotes multicultural goodwill and understanding through educational and cultural programs. The organizations mission is to further cooperation and understanding between national groups in the United States. It exposes the public to the multitude of cultures represented by the member houses that belong to the House of Pacific Relations in Balboa Park in the City of San Diego, CA.
