We are dedicated to advancing economic environmental and political prosperity through leadership development advocacy and policy work and narrative change. Our Vision At TSP we will nurture the next generation of global BIPOC leaders by building a home for our authentic selves where we can ground in ancestral knowledge share our lived experiences and transform these gifts into tools and skills that allow our communities to grow thrive and sustain themselves.
