The Semilla Project is a center of change and transformation focused on leadership development and capacity building led by BIWOC for BIPOC/BIWOC youth through identity, culture, wellness and land-based learning. TO PROVIDE THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMMUNITY FRAMEWORK TO PREPARE THE UPCOMING LEADERS USING A RELEVANT PRACTICAL CRITICAL FRAMEWORK APPROACH THAT PROVIDES APPLIED AND TANGIBLE COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS IN THE COMMUNITIES OF COLOR AROUND CLIMATE JUSTICE, RACIAL AND JUSTICE EQUITY.

We are dedicated to advancing economic environmental and political prosperity through leadership development advocacy and policy work and narrative change. Our Vision At TSP we will nurture the next generation of global BIPOC leaders by building a home for our authentic selves where we can ground in ancestral knowledge share our lived experiences and transform these gifts into tools and skills that allow our communities to grow thrive and sustain themselves.
