Our program also serves the University of Alabama at Huntsville and Athens State University and all students enrolled in the ROTC program at Alabama A M University About The Bulldog Brigade Military Alumni Association The Army ROTC program at Alabama A M university was established in 1972 under the leadership of LTC John H. Redd. Over the course of 50 years the ROTC program has commissioned over 1000 cadets.
