WE TEACH AND SUPPORT HEALTHY HABITS BY CONDUCTING AN ADULT (18+ YEARS OLD) SWIMMING PROGRAM WITH COACHED WORKOUTS AND PARTICIPATING IN SANCTIONED, COMPETITIVE SWIM MEETS. WE SUPPORT OTHER AFFILIATED LOCAL AND NATIONAL SWIMMING PROGRAMS THROUGH OUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP IN US MASTERS SWIMMING.

Our mission is to support adult swimming at all levels. Our coacheswill adapt each workout to the ability of the swimmer in order to improve technique increase efficiency and build endurance. We invite you to join any of our practices to try us out before committing to registration.
