The character of affairs which this corporation intends to conduct is to generally promote the welfare of children, including, but not limited to those attending school at Desert Canyon Middle School in Scottsdale Unified School District, Scottsdale, Arizona, by among other things, promoting interrelationship of the home, faculty, school and community.
