JuJu Bean update: . Our buddy has been readmitted to the hospital and will be with our Vet Team at the UT College of Vet Medicine for at least 3 days. . The simplest explanation is that his little body overcorrected and his pH level is off--which, in turn, creates some complications for his body do the basics. . This level is really important for overall system functioning, so he will be with our Vet Team for care to stabilize his body and for continued monitoring to make certain he does not decline beyond where he is at present. . To know JuJu Bean is to love him. . Though his physical appearance is striking and captivates most every Carefarm Visitor, it is his beautiful heart that so beautifully holds space for humans and his silly and sassy spirit that never fails to make everyone laugh that makes you fall in love with him. . He is a special buddy, Frens. And his work holding space for and healing traumatically bereaved hearts is far from over. . We need your support for the additional cost of maintaining his care in the hospital. . The current estimate is an additional $1,500. . This expense is high and unexpected. .
