Peter Foley Music Project Furthering the legacy of composer lyricist Peter Foley In his short lifetime Peter Foley 19672021 created a remarkable body of work including five fulllength musicals and an operettaeach vastly different from the others in subject matter tone and musical styleas well as cabaret and art songs choral pieces and dozens of instrumental scores for plays and television. Our Projects support the performance recording and publication of Peters extraordinary music. Among the best of his generation at setting lyrics and writing music that evokes character and mood. Stephen Sondheim News Events We completed a full remix of the June 5 2023 Songs of Peter Foley concert at NYCs Symphony Space and are putting the final touches on the video edit.
