Florida Health Care Association
FHCA has been awarded a $224,166 grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to reduce preventable rehospitalizations of nursing center residents. We're thrilled to partner with Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and Q3 Healthcare Consulting, LLC to implement the Reducing Rehospitalizations Collaborative to give our participating centers person-centered solutions, staff resources and training to improve quality care by helping their residents avoid disruption to their stability, recovery and quality of life.
