The purpose for which the Corporation is formed is the transaction of any or all lawful business for which non-profit corporations may be incorporated under the New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act (Title 15A). The specific purpose of this corporation shall be: To help end illiteracy in Haiti's rural areas through programs that improve education and community improvement. We believe that all children deserve the same opportunities to learn and grow Strive to help young adults develop the necessary working skills required to become self-sufficient and contributive members of society.
