Sionne’s Heart provides critical support services to LGBTQ homeless youth and veterans in the Maryland area, helping them to access safe, transitional housing, food and other humanitarian assistance that will provide a bridge to independence. All in hopes we as a whole can eventually see change and break the generational cycle of poverty, by dedicating our efforts to the reduction youth homelessness and other humanitarian assistance to prevent the continued injustices facing the homeless youth population among the LGBTQIA+ and other vulnerable populations in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. areas by mobilizing local communities in efforts provide a bridge to independence to reach their full potential.
