GRO Community | Chicago | Cincinnati | Detroit GRO COMMUNITY Chicago Cincinnati Detroit Central Northern and Southern Illinois Molding Boys and Healing Broken Men. GUN VIOLENCE PREVENTION One of the major leading causes of death in African American boys and men between the ages of 14 34 is gun violence which could be linked to a lack of adequate mental health services. GRO Community seeks to combat this issue by providing specialized clinical mental care to boys and men in communities impacted by prolonged exposure to trauma and violence. INDIVIDUAL GROUP COUNSELING SERVICES GRO Community provides a safe community for men and boys to receive the individual and group counseling services needed to support and strengthen the way they see themselves and the environment.
