Our Vision The vision of the Emmanuel Family and Child Development Center is to ensure that all families have access to comprehensive high quality childcare services from birth to age 16. How We Help Family Focused Emergency Aid Health Clinics Early Childhood Programs Before and After School Care Transportation Services At Emmanuel we are committed to providing outstanding early childcare services in a safe loving and educational environment for children in poverty through empowering their families through advocacy emergency aid and education. Who We Serve Emmanuel serves 370 infants and toddlers six weeks to 5 years of age in our Early Childhood Center.
