Neartown Association OUR PASSION Our community. For the past 55 years the Neartown Association has worked to improve the quality of life throughout the unique and historic innercity neighborhoods that make up greater Montrose. We serve as the neighborhood council of the NeartownMontrose Super Neighborhood 24 and bring residents businesses institutions and other stakeholders together to inform discuss and work collectively on issues affecting our community. We provide the NeartownMontrose community a voice to the Mayor and City Council of Houston and other public officials.
