COASTAL COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, THE ELDERLY, CHILDREN AND YOUTH, AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN GRAYS HARBOR AND PACIFIC COUNTIES.
