As professional law enforcement officers, we will fight for juveniles who have been abused and forced into sex trafficking. We are dedicated in providing education and training about child abuse and sex trafficking to law enforcement and the community in general.

Founded by four Oklahoma police officers, the organization began as an initiative within their Fraternal Order of Police Lodge to provide teddy bears to abused children. Over 800 teddy bears were distributed in the first year alone. Due to financial constraints, the officers established 401-Kids Inc. as a 501(c)(3) organization with the help of the IRS. The organization continues to operate despite changes in its initial structure.
