- Topaz: Concentrates on appearance molding.
- Ruby: Emphasizes life skills development.
- Emerald: Encourages community advocacy.
These tiers are designed to cater to different stages of a young woman's life, guiding them toward becoming confident and self-sufficient individuals.

The organization is led by Founder Bianca Singleton, known for her extensive experience in mentoring youth. Since its inception, Precious Me Inc. has positively impacted numerous young participants and has partnered with over 40 contributors to enhance its programs.
