Our membership is highly diversified and reflects the fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality. We support our communities through grants scholarships and mentorship. 2024 Legacy Award Winners LDEI with the support of the Julia Child Foundation offers women unique opportunities to work alongside accomplished members of LDEI in their chosen culinary fields.
