LINKS ARE CONCERNED WITH ENRICHING, SUSTAINING, AND ENSURING THE IDENTITIES, THE CULTURE AND THE ECONOMIC SURVIVAL OF AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHER PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DECENT. LINKS' PROGRAMS FOCUS ON YOUTH, ARTS, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TRENDS, AND HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
