After 11 years of serving the community Noor Active Living Center will cease operations effective November 01 2024. A Difficult Decision Driven by Economic Pressures Over the past several years Noor has faced increasing operational costs staffing challenges and reduced reimbursements. The financial strain has become unsustainable despite efforts to secure additional funding streamline operations and explore partnership opportunities.
