Pibbles & Fam Bam Rescue Rescuing dogs providing financial assistance to families About Founderx27s History In 2001 the founder Janine rescued her first shelter dog named Annie who was scheduled to be euthanized. Annie had her at hello because when Janine met her Annie was smiling ear to ear and placed her paw on Janines shoulder. please take me home and be my mommy. From that day forward Janine continued to rescue more and more dogs opening her heart to seniors and ones who were born deaf blind or ill.
