Restoring forests supporting the environment. Planted Promise a 501c3 nonprofit purchases former forestland in order to restore endemic trees and supportive species. Our mission is to restore threatened ecosystems pull carbon dioxide out of the environment and protect native fauna from increasing pressure on historic habitats. Our Approach We start by identifying land where oldgrowth forests once stood but have been cleared to make way for development.
