Since 1996, our focus has been to promote sustainable livelihoods for disadvantaged individual's and communities . From a base in four historically African American neighborhoods in downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina we have developed into a regional CDC serving Orange and Chatham Counties.
