People and Congregations Together for Stockton Inc
PACT seeks through the congregations and community organizations of San Joaquin County to build a powerful, democratic organization, which will be the voice of low and moderate-income families. PACT helps leaders build their own local organizations capable of acting on issues of immediate self-interest to their membership. PACT is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. PACT is related to sister projects in 200 cities across the United States through its affiliation with the People Improving Communities Through Organizing (PICO).
