Little Miracles International

Little Miracles International began with the heart of one mother and father hoping to build a forever family through international adoption. The adoption was easily completed in Romania in 1998. During the adoption procedure it became evident that there were many children who needed loving homes who could not be reunited with their birthparents in their home countries, and were destined for a life of institutionalization. With the option of international adoption, some of these children could have happy and meaningful lives in adoptive homes in another country. There were also many other children who could eventually be reunited with their families but needed nurturing, medical attention, monetary support and donated supplies to help complete their reunions. There were yet still, children who would be left behind, entangled in legal webs, too old to be considered for adoption, or sibling groups who would be harder to place because of the burden placed on the adoptive family. Finally there were children with special needs who might never find loving forever families willing to take on this immense task. There were so many children waiting on a little miracle. Little Miracles International is committed to the prevention of long-term institutionalization of children around the world through financial support, donation of supplies and facilitation of international adoption of infants, older children, sibling groups and children with special needs. We are equally committed to providing services, support and education to qualified adoptive parents throughout the entire foreign adoption process, developing into a relationship of long-term guidance and support to each family after their adoption.
