Our mission is to support individuals living with severe mental illness with an equal opportunity to live longer healthier and more selfsufficient lives. Who We Are We are a collaborative of community partners stakeholders and volunteers who drop the routine and think differently about solving material social and health inequities among populations impacted by severe mental health disabilities.
