XDS XDS is breaking through barriers to health. Access to affordable housing quality healthcare food and social inclusion are basic fundamental human rights. Our mission is to support individuals living with severe mental illness with an equal opportunity to live longer healthier and more selfsufficient lives. Who We Are We are a collaborative of community partners stakeholders and volunteers who drop the routine and think differently about solving material social and health inequities among populations impacted by severe mental health disabilities.
