In the midst of a pandemic and historic gun violence epidemic in Philadelphia Natasha pivoted her career to take the helm of a 40yearold nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting victims of violence and covictims of homicide. As the leader of the oldest and largest victim service agency in Philadelphia Natasha will share the pivotal moments challenges and triumphs that ignited her commitment to supporting victims and survivors and paved the way for her leadership.
