Over 100 new YFC staff joined 115 Executive Directors and National Leadership at the XL Summit, where we celebrated their training journey and growth, commissioning them into their YFC roles. We ceremonially "passed the baton" as they graduated from this inaugural New Leader Cohort. 🏃🏽‍♀️ This 12-month program is designed to equip leaders within their first two years of employment with the skills for effective youth ministry. Monthly courses provide ongoing support and growth. The program's goal is to develop leaders who are deeply connected to the mission and values of Youth For Christ and prepare them for future leadership roles. 🏃🏽‍♂️ Please join us in prayer for these 100 new YFC staff.
