Sunset Holler was formed at the request of the Buchanan County IDA. Oversee development and operations of amphitheater in Buchanan County, Virginia that will host live music performances, film screenings, speaking engagements, weddings, sports, and corporate events.

Sunset Holler The following video shows drone footage of the Southern Gap Amphitheater project site. The Southern Gap Amphitheater is currently planned to be constructed o. The Southern Gap Amphitheater is slated to be a commercialgrade venue sited at Southern Gap in Buchanan County Virginia. As conceived the venue would be constructed to seat 2000 guests with a grassy hill behind it that can accommodate an additional 2000 guests for a total maximum capacity of 4000 guests.
