The company strives to develop future theater performers and technicians, and future audience members. IMP contributes to the community by supporting local charitable organizations, as well as contributing to the cultural atmosphere of the city and surrounding region. IMP is the sole mentoring organization for the Performing Arts Magnet Program for the Huntsville City Schools, located at Lee High School.
