🇺🇸 Honoring Service, Sacrifice & Second Chances on Memorial Day🇺🇸 Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage and selflessness remind us that freedom comes at a profound cost. At the Chad Lake Foundation, we also recognize those who have served in uniform and now seek redemption behind prison walls. Many veterans, despite their dedication to protecting our nation, have struggled upon returning home and faced challenges that led to incarceration. Their sacrifices do not disappear because of their circumstances—they remain warriors deserving of dignity and second chances. We are honored to have Natasha Conkright, Vice President of CLF, as part of our leadership. A veteran herself, she understands firsthand the resilience, dedication, and battles our service members face both in combat and in life. Her commitment to advocacy and justice reform embodies the very essence of what today is about—honoring all who have served, supporting those in need, and fighting for fairness and rehabilitation.
