Think to Lead | Hope for the Next Generation THINK TO LEAD Hope for the Next Generation Think to Lead was started by Tim Lubben in the fall of 2014 when he was inspired to begin working with teens at the DJJ Regional Youth Detention Center in Marietta Ga. Since then Lubben has worked with hundreds of youth helping them to get outside of the group think mentality and to create their own path of success. I would love to participate in more courses like this.
