MHS19 honors the memory of James Galante, a beloved member of the Marblehead community and dedicated teammate of the 2021 D3 Super Bowl Champion Magicians Football team. MHS19 was created to honor the memory of James Galante, a beloved member of the Marblehead community and dedicated teammate of the 2021 Massachusetts Division 3 Super Bowl Champion Magicians Football team. James was an individual of endless energy and persistence with a passion for life and a talent for making people smile. His effusive personality and mischievous grin, combined with his competitive spirit and love of football, garnered him friends and fans across Marblehead and beyond. MHS19 conducts fundraising events to provide annual financial scholarships and recruitment assistance to high school athletes who plan to continue their athletic endeavors in college or to otherwise fund initiatives to further commemorate the legacy of James R. Galante.
