Solutions For Every Student Who We Are Promise Academy is a free public high school conveniently located in downtown Cleveland on the corner of East 13th Street and Payne Avenue. We provide a flexible approach to high school for students aged 1521 who struggled in the traditional high school environment What We Do Promise Academy students have access to a flexible curriculum of electronic coursework combined with the guidance of fully licensed teachers.
