The Exness brand is used by a number of affiliated licensed financial institutions. Project Come Up, PCU, was built out of necessity. After the murder of George Floyd, it was evident that the system is not broken, it’s just not built for black and brown people. In order to instill the learnings and in turn better our community, we need to create a program that does just that. PCU is a new official non profit focused on increasing financial literacy and career development in the BIPOC community. We plan to do this by instilling a two prong system. First, a mentee and mentor partnership focused on career development. Second, a financial literacy curriculum powered by a $2,000 brokerage account.
