The Root & The Bloom Collective is a humanities organization committed to bringing educational and humanist programming to the Butte-Silver Bow community. The Root & The Bloom Collective's purpose is to preserve, restore and maintain the Charles W. Clark Chateau (located at 321 W. Broadway, Butte MT 59701) as a history museum and combined-use Humanities space; to provide inter-generational programming to the Butte, MT community as a means of bridging social, racial, educational, economic and other social gaps; to promote community dialogue on issues of mental health, suicide, drug abuse, high juvenile incarceration rates, environmental issues, and myriad other social challenges; to provide and promote alternative and continuing education for community members of all ages and social, racial and economic backgrounds.
