TPA'S MISSION IS TO ADDRESS BASEBALL'S SYSTEMIC BARRIERS TO EQUITY & INCLUSION BY CREATING PATHWAYS TO OPPORTUNITIES ON AND OFF THE FIELD FOR AN UNDENIABLE PIPELINE OF BLACK TALENT.
