Raise4Change Together For A Better Community Raise4Change a registered IRS 501c3 public charity addresses the urgent challenges our communities face through campaigns focused on the needs at the moment. Current Campaign Support our Foster Kids Foster youth are a unique and diverse group of young adults and children many whom do not have a stable support system. Those now in college are faced with the added stress of college costs. Without parental help and support their economic wellbeing is at risk.
