The year 2024 marks the 41st anniversary of the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA) servicing Northern California from the Oregon border to Bakersfield, including Northern Nevada. TO CREATE A DIVERSE AND VARIED SYSTEM OF COMPETITION AND DEVELOP EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ALL PLAYERS AND PARTICIPANTS. THE NCVA WILL CREATE NON-DISCRIMINATORY ENTRY-LEVEL PLAYING OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL CREATE RECIPROCAL RELATIONSHIPS FOR INTER-REGIONAL, NATIONAL, INTRA-REGIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION.
