Self Care for Recovery

Follow Message Edit

At Self Care for Recovery, our mission as a nonprofit is to provide massage therapy for women in recovery who do not have the financial security to experience complementary and alternative health care to reach their self-care goals. We encourage healthy management of stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort that often appear in the sobriety journey by removing drugs and alcohol and including self-care as a replacement.
