Education Transformations envisions a world where all schools are emotionally and physically safe, collaborative, creative, and relevant places to learn and teach.Our purpose is to increase effective communication, participation and responsible student behavior as well as improve the quality, relevance and accountability of education by encouraging, enabling and teaching educators how to have powerful, meaningful relationships with students, colleagues, parents and administrators. Our mission is to dedicate ourselves to the success and effectiveness of educators. Through our workshops and mentoring, we expand a teacher's ""toolbox,"" allowing them, and consequently their students, to learn such life skills as: * conflict resolution, * personal responsibility, * leadership, and * creative and critical thinking. In the process, educators will increase their empathetic listening and authentic communication skills as well.
