Lead(h)er The mentorship program fueling career and community engagement for women in the workforce What we do The Leadher Strike a Match Mentoring Program is an 18month volunteerbased program that equips Quad Cities working women with tools to achieve their personal and professional goals. 11 MENTORING GROUP MENTORSHIP COMMUNITY CONNECTION Why we do it MULTIPLY COLLECTIVE IMPACT EXPAND WORKFORCE EQUITY CREATE AGENTS OF SOCIAL CHANGE What sets us apart Our matches are intentional This isnt speed dating. When you submit your survey we review every one of your answers handselect a mentor or mentee that suits your desired goals and aspirations. there is no cost The inability to pay for personal and professional development opportunities should never be a barrier to connection and growth especially for women who are working to advance themselves.
