CEF State Office of Southern California Reaching Children in Southern California with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Welcome. Child Evangelism Fellowship is a Biblecentered organization composed of bornagain believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish disciple them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living. Our Ministries Statistics show that 84 of all who accept Christ do so between the ages of four and fourteen.
